Fruits and vegetables are low in calories, but filling.
Sure, some vegis and fruits rich in sugar, but it is natural sugar. I seriously doubt our planet grows every murderessFood - is more likely that the food industry, these foods were processed by no more than a dry powder, then add back more sugars and chemicals so it will look like the original product, is more damaging than a simple apple or banana?
